We moved to a new town in Texas over three years ago now, and I still deeply miss my mom tribe I left behind. I had a community of women who I’d see multiple times every week. A group of women who I could text at any time, and who I didn’t have to try to impress.
These women were also the women who I was the most excited to tell about our first pregnancy 5 years ago, as well as the first to know too.
They supported me, they encouraged me, and they loved me.
Then we moved.
I still think of them often, but obviously it’s not the same as being able to spend so much time doing life with them on a weekly basis.
That’s why I love the new Hey Momma Cards by DaySpring.
They are created by DaySpring artists to send encouragement to other mommas.
I was given the opportunity to review these cards, and I am so excited to actually be able to put them into use by sending a “thinking of you” card to some women I miss daily. So that’s exactly what I am going to do!
While they are no longer my multiple-times-a-week mom tribe any longer given the 4 hour commute between our towns, I can still let them they know how special they still are to me.
DaySpring’s Hey Momma Cards are the perfect way to do that!
Besides, when you check out the different designs of the cards, I’m guessing you will be drawn to them just like I am. The perfectly whimsical artwork and color used will be sure to put a smile on the momma you are encouraging as well as you!
Besides, who couldn’t use a little encouragement from time to time?!
Do you know of any mommas you could send a little encouragement to?
Sending snail mail is such a simple way to spread joy to those who mean something to you!
In Him, Tamara
